End User License Agreement

1. Parties to this Agreement

This EULA is entered into between you ("End User" or "you") and Gaming Geek Studio ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer of Cleaner Pro (the "Application").

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Gaming Geek Studio only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Application or its content.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Gaming Geek Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control.
• Use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Access any updates or upgrades to the Application that we make available.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Application commercially.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security, subscription, or access-control mechanisms within the Application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Application to any third party.
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, features, design, code, graphics, trademarks, and trade secrets contained therein, is the exclusive property of Gaming Geek Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not convey to you any ownership interest in the Application. You acquire only a limited right to use the Application as described herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Gaming Geek Studio.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Cleaner Pro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock full premium access. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.

• Subscription plans include Yearly and Weekly options. Existing subscribers on prior Monthly or Weekly plans continue under their original terms until cancelled.
• Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial or a $0.99 first-month introductory offer on the Yearly plan. Introductory offers are limited to one per Apple ID per subscription group.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• All billing disputes and refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Data & Privacy

Cleaner Pro is designed with your privacy in mind. All photo and video processing occurs entirely on your device. We do not upload, collect, or store any of your personal media or data on our servers.

The Application may collect limited, non-personal analytics data (such as crash reports and feature usage) to improve performance and user experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all files, photos, and videos you choose to delete using the Application. Deleted items are typically moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album, where they can be recovered within 30 days. After that period, deletion is permanent.

We strongly recommend reviewing items carefully before confirming deletion. Gaming Geek Studio is not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Application.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's own Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Gaming Geek Studio is not responsible for Apple's services or any third-party services you may access in connection with the Application.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gaming Geek Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Application will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any warranty that defects in the Application will be corrected.

No oral or written information or advice given by Gaming Geek Studio shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this EULA.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gaming Geek Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Damages resulting from any deletion of files carried out using the Application.
• Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically and without notice from Gaming Geek Studio if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your devices. Sections of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Changes to this EULA

Gaming Geek Studio reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page or through a notice within the Application.

Your continued use of the Application after any changes to this EULA constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Application.
