1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cleaner Pro (the "App"), operated by Gaming Geek Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Cleaner Pro is an iOS application that helps users identify and remove unnecessary files from their photo library, including screenshots, duplicate photos, similar photos, screen recordings, large videos, and short videos. All processing is performed locally on your device.
The App is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that specific features will be retained in future versions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Cleaner Pro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock full access to all features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Renews every 12 months. Best value plan. Cancel any time before the renewal date.
Renews every 7 days. Cancel any time before the renewal date.
Subscribers on prior Monthly or Weekly plans continue at their original terms until cancelled.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Introductory Offers
New subscribers may be eligible for one of the following introductory offers on the Yearly plan, depending on the option selected at sign-up:
- 3-day free trial — full access for 3 days, then auto-renews at the regular yearly price.
- $0.99 first month — discounted first month, then auto-renews at the regular yearly price.
Introductory offers are limited to one per Apple ID per subscription group, in accordance with Apple's policies. The following terms apply to all introductory offers:
- If you do not cancel before the introductory period ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the regular price and your Apple ID will be billed.
- Any unused portion of an introductory offer is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
- Users with an active or prior subscription in this group may not be eligible for another introductory offer.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle billing directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
- Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription or premium access mechanism.
- Remove, disable, or circumvent any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
You are solely responsible for any files you choose to delete using the App. Deleted items are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered within 30 days. We are not responsible for any permanent data loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are owned by or licensed to Gaming Geek Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The App processes your photo and video library locally on your device — no personal data or media is uploaded to our servers. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gaming Geek Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
