Overview
This policy explains what information Cleaner Pro ("we", "our", or "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is designed to work locally on your iPhone without uploading your photos or videos to our servers.
We do not create user accounts, and we do not sell personal information.
Information We Access
Cleaner Pro requires access to your Photos library to scan and present categories like screenshots, duplicates, similar photos, and videos.
- Photos and videos metadata such as creation date, file size, duration, and dimensions.
- On-device image analysis to detect duplicates or similar content.
- Local device storage information to show how much space can be reclaimed.
We do not access your contacts, location, messages, or other unrelated device data.
How Your Data Is Used
All processing happens on your device. The app analyzes your photo library to identify items you may want to remove and then displays results for your review.
- Your photos and videos are not uploaded to us.
- No cloud backups are created by Cleaner Pro.
- iCloud-only items are skipped; the app does not download them in the background.
Deletion and Control
You decide what to delete. Cleaner Pro never removes items without your confirmation. When you delete items, they are moved to the iOS Recently Deleted album and can be recovered within the standard iOS recovery window.
Data Retention
Cleaner Pro does not store your photos or videos on any server. Any temporary analysis data remains on your device and is discarded when it is no longer needed or when the app is removed.
Third-Party Services
Cleaner Pro does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Children's Privacy
Cleaner Pro is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address it promptly.
Security
We rely on iOS security protections and on-device processing. Since your media stays on your device, risk exposure is minimized.
Your Choices
- You can revoke Photos access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
- You can delete the app to remove local data created by Cleaner Pro.
- You control deletion of photos and videos within the app.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
