License Agreement

1 Grant of License

Gaming Geek Studio ("we", "us", "our") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Smart Switch: Copy Data (the "App") on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.

2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's device or data

3 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Smart Switch: Copy Data offers optional premium subscriptions ("Smart Switch: Copy Data Pro") through Apple's App Store. Available plans include a Weekly plan, a Monthly plan, and a Lifetime one-time purchase. Weekly and Monthly plans include a free trial period. Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase within the App.

Free trial subscriptions automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4 Free Tier & Transfer Quota

Users without a Pro subscription may use the App for free subject to a 2 GB transfer quota per session. Once this quota is reached, a Pro subscription is required to continue transferring data. The quota is tracked securely and persists across app reinstalls via iCloud Keychain.

We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. Pro subscribers are not subject to transfer quotas.

5 Data Access & Privacy

The App requests access to certain data on your device in order to perform transfers. Specifically:

• Contacts — Read to compile and send your contact list to the destination device
• Photos & Videos — Read to compile and transfer your selected media
• Calendar Events — Read to compile and transfer your calendar data
• Camera — Used solely to scan QR codes for device pairing; no images are stored

WiFi transfers are peer-to-peer and remain entirely on your local network. Your personal data never passes through Gaming Geek Studio's servers during a WiFi transfer. Link-based transfers use a temporary cloud relay to facilitate the connection when devices are not on the same network. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

6 Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Firebase Analytics & Remote Config (Google LLC) — anonymous usage analytics and feature configuration
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) — push notification delivery
• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — advertising shown to free-tier users
• Adapty — subscription management and in-app purchase validation

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Your use of the App constitutes agreement to be bound by the applicable third-party terms.

7 Advertisements

The free tier of Smart Switch: Copy Data may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads are suppressed entirely for Pro subscribers. We do not control the content of ads delivered by AdMob. By using the free tier you consent to the display of interest-based advertisements in accordance with Google's advertising policies.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any specific features will be available at all times.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMING GEEK STUDIO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

10 Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the App in your possession.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including violations of this EULA, without prior notice.

11 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12 Changes to this Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
